We are an organisation working on a number of projects to make the world a better place.

There are between 2 and 4 million municipalities around the world with amazing people working in them. Most of these are smaller municipalities with no real budgets for further education and upskilling. 

This is what we do. Launched in  March 2026 it has quickly become the default academy for upskilling local government employees in 20 municipalities.

At it's core it is an online academy for people working in local government where they can learn from other people in other municipalities about hundreds of topics.

We run the online entrepreneurship and life academy for over 455 cities in 29 countries. These are custom branded online academies with hundreds of short, free courses  (really free. no ads or subscriptions or cookies) that cities use to help their citizens. 

As an example, the City of Cape Town uses capetown.thestartuptribe.org to help it's 5 million residents.

It is a powerful tool to help the many. Of course no online course is going to solve everyone's problems, but as a first point of support it is a hugely powerful tool in a citizens support arsenal.

There are hundreds of courses covering everything from unemployment, parenting skills, disabilities, entrepreneurship, money skills, old age, setbacks, relationships etc. If you are a community or municipality feel free to reach out. There is no commercial angle.

We launched this in Italy to help organisations and communities to help spread the sustainability message, but we did it with a twist. Rather than preaching sustainability as a topic we presented the 80+ courses as addressing specific circumstances: eg. instead of telling companies to save water and electricity to save the planet, we told them how to save costs (and save the planet). 

Today it is used by many communities  in Italy to support the people who live in those communities.
